Delivery Time
Please allow up to 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order Acknowledgement email. This does not mean and/or constitute an order has been shipped or product availability and price(s) have been verified. Once an order has been accepted and shipped, you will then receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. In total, delivery time including both processing and shipping via Standard shipping is approximately 1-2 weeks. Individual product pages provide more specific lead time information on when products will ship out from the warehouse.
Heavy & Bulky Items
Note that heavy and bulky products will ship with a freight carrier. These deliveries are different from regular shipments in 2 ways:
- Delivery is by appointment. The carrier will contact you a few days prior to arrival and arrange a 2-4 hour window to deliver the items.
- Customer will be responsible for moving the products into his/her residence once the truck arrives at the delivery destination.
We recommend customers who have difficulty moving heavy/bulky items to arrange separate local moving help to carry the product from the truck to your desired room.
APO/FPO and PO Boxes
We apologize that we currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.
Policy and Terms
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from butsince.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
