We ship to all 50 states in the United States, select U.S. territories, selected APO/FPO/DPO Boxes and international countries via FED, UPS, USPS, or DHL.

All sample sales merchandise, we apply a minimum of $10.00 flat shipping fee on first item on standard ground shipment. Additional fees and/or rates may apply to additional item(s), weight, location, dimension, and day of delivery. See below shipping option and estimated rate.

Standard Merchandise, we offer FREE domestic ground shipping for orders greater than $250.

Processing

Please allow 1- 4 business days for order processing, an additional 1- 2 business days for overnight/2day delivery, and additional 3-5 business days for standard delivery. Order placed after 12noon EST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend and or the holidays will not be processed until the following business day. ion, and day of delivery.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Wherever your address, we can get it to you. Usually, Standard International Shipping arrives at your verified shipping address within 15 to 25 business days approx. PRIOTY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Usually arrives at your address within 10 to 15 business day. 

POSSIBLE DELAYS We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all order. However, on a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated delivery timeframe. When selecting the free 2-Day shipping or any international shipping options, please keep in mind that we only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers such as UPS, USPS, or DHL. On rare occasion, some packages can arrive outside of the estimated time of arrival.

Missing Order

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damage packages. If you’re missing items or a shipment please contact us and or these selected carriers: FEDEX, UPS, USPs, and/or DHL within 10 days of ship date

Shipping Details

  • We offer shipping via FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL only.
  • We will email a Tracking Number when your order has been shipped.
  • We require a signature on all package deliveries.
  • We are able to ship to a select PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes.

Tracking

Once we have completed your order, we will email an order confirmation with a Tracking Number and the details of your order.

You may also go to the following links below anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipments, by inserting the tracking number associated with your order(s). Please allow at least 24 hours for your initial tracking information to be available.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of an order, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted to our system. This only mean an acknowledgement by Butsince that the system has received your order request. It does not mean and/or constitute your order has been shipped or the price(s) or the availability of an item(s) has been confirmed. Butsince may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.  Once your order has accepted and has been shipped, we will send you an shipping email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package. 

You may receive multiple shipments in order to complete the fulfillment of your order and will receive a shipping confirmation email for all items as they are shipped. 

Item Availability and Pre-Order

We make every effort to maintain sufficient stock of items on our website; however, we may run out of stock of popular items, small batch items, limited edition items, and limited sample sale items. We also work to ensure that when you place an order online, the item is available at the time of shipping. In the rare case that item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and any changes to your order will be reflected in your order total. 

Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged accordingly as your items are being shipped. 

Duties & Taxes

On all international orders, you are responsible for all freight, duties, custom, tax, and additional fees associated with international shipping (receiving party).

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from butsince.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, and Affirm, a BNPL option. Please note, cards issued by local banks which do not carry any of these logo names will not be accepted by our processing service, in which we recommend PayPal as an alternative. 

Online Payment by Credit Card or PayPal

The total dollar amount of your order will be authorized at the time your order is place. The actual payment (transfer of funds) may or may not occur until your order ships. 

Online Payment by Debit Card

The total dollar amount of your order will be authorized at the time your card is approved, which may have an effect on your account balance even though the actual payment (transfer of funds) may or may not occur until your order ships. 

If you order a pre-order item, we recommend that you deduct the full amount of your order from your debit card records to ensure funds are available as your items are shipped. 

Coupon or Promotion Code

To redeem a coupon or promotion code, simply enter the code into the appropriate field during the billing section of the checkout process. Your order total will reflect any and all price changes.
